The Geico HOA commercial proves that the HOA issues we are discussing are a national problem. Geico would not have made this national commercial if it did not relate to people nationally. Although the commercial is humorous, it is also truthful. I owned property in an HOA where they would cut down your tree if they felt they were too tall and then make you pay for the cutting. Our state and federal governments should not be laughing they should be listening and putting changes in the laws for the protection of the homeowners.
