Congratulations to Senators Gildon and Trudeau on the passing of their bills #5758 and #5755! These new laws will help create more affordable housing for low and mid-income people.
And thank you both for adding in the verbiage for extra protections for those that will purchase the units, encouraging the legislature and the Affordable Housing Advisory Board to investigate and equalize the balance of power between members of a Condo or HOA association.
